Hannah Peralta was the daughter to Jamie and Maria Peralta. She was my cousin on my mom's side. So, she was my mom's cousins daughter. That I believe made her a 3rd generation cousin.

She leaves behind her father Jamie, brother Victore, sister Rosie and Many cousins, Great aunts and friends.
She passed away on October 30, 2009. Please take a moment to remember her and pray for our family. Loss just keeps happening. She was so young and full of life. She lost her mother Maria In September 2005 to cancer.
Her grandmother passed away this year from Alzheimer's.
Her passing comes as a shock to our whole family. This page will be updated as I can get the will to do so.

Dearest Hannah,
I know we didn't know each other very well. I know you struggled with the loss of your mother as I do mine. I know you suffered terribly with the loss of your grandmother. I pray you no longer have pain and that you have made that journey to heaven to be with the both of them.
It is a shame to have lost a life soo young. But, our Lord has his reasons for all that is done. I made your background with black as I know that was the color you liked last we met. I will update this page as I can.
